2023 Fiano

Fiano is an Italian variety that is naturally high in acidity, so we make this wine to be fresh to show off its citrus and stone fruit characteristics. The Fiano we grow has a distinct, attractive mineral character that reflects our site. We purposefully produce this variety at a lower yield, to drive flavour intensity. 

This Fiano was handpicked, whole bunch pressed and then fermented and aged in old oak barrels.
