2022 Shiraz

With each passing vintage we learn more about the fruit that comes from our three blocks of Shiraz. The deep red, rocky Cambrian soil gives this wine the unique Heathcote Shiraz characters of dark cherry, black currant, graphite, gun flint, and spice. We picked the fruit for this wine from a section of our vineyard that brings a more structural component to the wine, providing excellent intensity of flavour.
