2021 Sparkling Rose

This wine is made from a select parcel of Shiraz grapes that are picked early to retain freshness. You'll taste tart red berries, with high acidity and a creamy finish rounding out the palate. The base wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle to give it its fizz. It was aged on yeast lees for seven months to give it a savoury complexity.
